Professor of Design Studies, Department of Communication, Business, and Information Technologies, Roskilde University, Denmark. Has since 1991 conducted participatory design research in collaboration with industry - focussed on how information technology designers can cooperate with users and their management especially when relating to the clarification of goals, formulation of needs, and design and evaluation of coherent visions for change.

I am affiliated to the research group User-Driven IT Innovation (UDI) and currently I manage the research program Effects-Driven IT development (EDIT).
